Returns

What is your return policy?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.

How do I start a return?

You can initiate a return by contacting us at returns@firehabitat.com.

What products cannot be returned?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including products eligible for parts under the manufacturer warranty, items that have been used or modified, and items without the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds & Exchanges

How will I receive my refund?

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How do I exchange an item?

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages & Issues

What should I do if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of the time of purchase. We will make every effort to halt the order processing before it is shipped. Once the item is in the shipping queue, it will be subject to our standard return procedure.

Warranty

What about warranties?

All our products are covered by manufacturer's warranties. For detailed information about the warranty coverage for a specific product, please refer to your product manual or the "Warranty" tab on the product page.
